Don’t forget to start your 10 day real food challenge today, March 9, 2016. It is an opportunity to nudge yourself in the direction of healthier eating. For 10 days you do mini pledges – drink real beverages, eat whole food, have mindful eating for example. Remember small changes can be big – for example, using a 9 in plate compared to a 12 inch plate is easy and helps with portion control.
See how easy this can be! Open the attachments for the mini pledge and tips. You may do one pledge for all 10 days or choose a different one each day. Pledges sheets are due to Sandy Warren, Human Resources by March 23.
