Beginning in June 2011, EBS-RMSCO, the plan administrator for MCC’s Flexible Spending plans, will start their conversion to a new record-keeping system called Lighthouse1. This will affect all employees who currently have a Flexible Spending Plan for medical expenses, dependent care, or parking and transportation expenses. Routine Plan administrative function such as payroll posting/files and claims processing will not be interrupted by the conversion since all year-to-date information and 2011 activity will be moved to the new system. However, online claim submission will be discontinued on their old website as of June 2, 2011 at 12:01 EDT. You can submit claims online using their new website effective June 6, 2011. Claims can be submitted on a paper claim form for processing between June 2nd and June 6th. Please note that there is a new claim form on MCC’s website in HR Forms for all claims except dependent care. Dependent Care claims should continue to be submitted with the same for, which is also online.
