Creative Arts Presents: Moon in the Afternoon Film Premiere

During the Fall 2022 semester, Cinema and Screen Studies student Jenna Blakeslee did an Independent Study with Instructor Cole Seidl. The result of the Independent Study was the development and creation of a short film called Moon in the Afternoon. As she prepares to submit the film to various festivals, she decided she wanted to share the film first with the MCC Community.

The film premiere will take place Friday, March 24th in 5-100 at 7:00 p.m. For outside visitors, parking is available in Lot C. Snacks, popcorn and beverages will be sold by the Cinema Society club in an effort to mimmic a traditional film screening (and raise money for future student projects.)

Following the film screening, a Q & A session will be held with Jenna and members of her production team. The entire event will last approxinmately 90 minutes.
