Black Student Union at Downtown Campus Rocks the Vote on Monday, November 5
Please join Black Student Union at Downtown Campus (BSU @ DC) for our "Rock the Vote" celebration on Monday, November 5th during College Hour (Noon - 1:00 p.m.) in High Falls B. Our semester-long focus on voting activism culminates in this special event which features local Elected Officials and Candidates who will encourage the student body to vote.
Confirmed guests include Mayor Lovely Warren; Brighton Town Council member, Robin Wilt; RCSD Board of Education Commissioner, Natalie Sheppard (MCC Alum), among others. We hope to encourage a significant turnout at the polls this election day. This is a fun social activity to engage with some of our local officials. All are welcome! Light refreshments provided.
