New Medical Insurance Cards for 2023 & Excellus Communication

Excellus is scheduled to release new medical insurance cards for MCC healthcare participants this week.  Cards will be mailed to participants via U.S. Mail.  The new cards will display the MCC logo and the plan name you are enrolled in.  Start using your new card on January 1, 2023.  Always be sure your health providers have your most current subscriber and health plan information at your medical appointments or when picking up a prescription.

All Open Enrollment forms have been processed by Human Resources.  You are encouraged to verify the plan name on your new card as well as review your pay stub that wil be issued on January 5th.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Human Resources at hr@monroecc.edu or (585) 292-2048.

Under separate cover, MCC healthcare participants will also receive a letter from Excellus discussing the delivery of new medical insurance cards, details of the new Wegmans Pharmacy Copay Discount and information regarding the ExcellusBCBS/MCC Landing page.
