A whole new .edu update


It’s week 2 for our “whole new .edu” and the MCC Web team is busy tweaking the College’s new prospective student-focused homepage and website. Many thanks to all who have assisted the team with their input and by reporting broken links and other issues.

In response to your input, the A-Z Index is now available in the header, to the left of “Search.” The A-Z Index remains on the
employee and current student landing pages as well.

To make the most of the new “one stop” Employees page, consider making it your browser home page. Simply open your browser, find Settings or Options (upper right corner), type in
www.monroecc.edu/employees as your home page URL on startup, and save. (See specific directions for Internet Explorer, Firefox  and Chrome.) Now when you open your browser the Employees page will be where you start your day on the Web!

We will continue working on the Web in the coming days. As you move around and become more familiar with the new site, please do let us know if you encounter any broken links or pages.

· For page breaks or issues: Call 292-TECH or go to myMCC.monroecc.edu and, on the Tech tab, select “Report a Technology Problem/Incident” on the right. Under “Report an Incident” click “Other Tech Problem.” Please include as much detail on the break/issue as possible – including the URLs of the broken page/link and the correct page to be linked, if you know it.
