The faculty mailroom (Room: 1-107) including the full-time faculty mailboxes will not be accessible to the college community from Monday, Dec. 15, 2003 thru Friday, Jan. 9, 2004. Please remove all mail from the mailboxes by Friday, Dec. 12, 2003 at 4:00 p.m.
Adjunct mail folders and the exam drop box will be temporarily relocated and accessible across the hall in room 1-104. The restriction to the faculty mailroom is necessary to protect the safety of the college community while contractors remove the overhead heating, air conditioning, and ventilation system from the northwest corridor of the Brick Lounge.
Mail Services will deliver mail once a day to the respective departments of all full-time faculty, academic support staff, and offices with mailboxes currently located in Room: 1-107. A department representative will be responsible for sorting and distributing the mail once it reaches their department. While we realize this temporary change in service may be disruptive to some departments, it is necessary to allow for the safe completion of the construction project in the Brick Lounge.
