TCC: Adjunct Supper for Success - Sharing is CAREing: Faculty-Driven Factors That Improve Student Retention
Registration is now open for the first Supper for Success of 2020-21!
Join us on Zoom on Monday, Sept. 14, 5:00-6:30, for Sharing is CAREing: Faculty-Driven Factors That Improve Student Retention
Instructors often have to find a balance in their classes when trying to help students be successful. Walking the line between guiding students and getting them to be independent learners can be challenging. What does this balancing act look like from faculty with historically high rates of retention at MCC? In this workshop, we will explore these approaches, provide practical strategies you can use to promote retention, and share some of the other outcomes from a student retention study conducted at MCC.
RSVP by Friday, Sept. 11, by completing this registration survey. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link after the survey has closed.
