Making Change Count - Eight Weeks to a Better You!

It is time to make a change!  Do you have a behavior that you’d like to change?  Perhaps you’d like to quit smoking, reduce stress, or lose weight?  Have you been meaning to add to OR eliminate something from your life, but you’re just not sure how to do this effectively?  Have you tried techniques in the past, with limited success?

Making Change Count is a new Wellness Initiative for Spring 2011, brought to you by Leanne Fisher, Doug Henneberg, and Craig Rand in the Health and Physical Education Department and the Wellness Committee.  Employees will be asked to sign a behavior change contract with themselves and receive guidance through information found on the M Drive.  Brown Bag Sessions will be offered on various health related topics.

Employees who register for the program will be eligible for weekly prize drawings.

“Losing It With Leanne,” an intense fitness training program will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks and participation will be limited to 20 people.

In addition, all registered participants will have special morning access to MCC workout facilities.

The eight-week program will begin February 28 and end April 27.  Attend an informational session to learn more about this exciting program.  Sessions will be offered on the following dates:
