LEAD SELECTOR ON CARDIAC MONITOR ACTUAL LEAD OBSERVED MYOCARDIAL WALL REPRESENTED USEFUL FOR:
I MCL1 Antero-septal MCL1 can be used to determine R or L Bundle Branch Block Identifying Acute changes in the Anteroseptal wall and Atrial and ventricular hypertrophy may be evident
II III Inferior Lead III is useful for atrial arrhythmias and for identification of inferior wall pathologies
III Modified II Inferior Same as above


These three leads are superior for untangling even the most difficult arrhythmias.
