High School Equivalency

If you need to earn a high school equivalency for financial aid and/or graduation purposes and have an MCC account, please fill out the Non-Diploma Information Form (www.monroecc.edu/go/hse) along with the application.

To submit a Non-Diploma Information Form without an MCC account, you will need to create a Dynamic Forms account, our secure document submission portal. Follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Non-Diploma Information Form for no MCC Account, which will bring you to the Dynamic Forms login screen.
  2. Click on the “Create New Account” link and enter all of information requested. Then click the “Create Account” button. You will need to confirm your email account before proceeding. 
  3. Dynamic Forms will send an email to the address you provided. Click on the “Activate Your Account” link in the email.
  4. After clicking the “Activate Your Account” link, you will automatically be logged in to your Dynamic Forms account. Click on the "Continue" button to complete the account activation.
  5. You should now be redirected to the Non-Diploma Information Form for no MCC Account.

Planning to take a class or two

If you are planning to take 11 or fewer credit hours and are not seeking financial aid or admission into a specific degree, you can register when classes are open, online, in person or by mail or fax.
