REA 180 - Reading and Thinking in Psychology
3 Credits
This course is designed to enhance the reading and thinking skills necessary for success in a particular discipline, including understanding and evaluating scholarly research, developing discipline-based vocabulary, managing textbooks, and improving reading flexibility. Students will engage in active, critical reading and other higher-level thinking appropriate to the discipline.
Accuplacer reading scores between 71-80.9, completion of TRS 101 or REA 098, or permission of the instructor. List Co-Requisites: PSY 101, specified linked section.
