President's First Week at MCC Generates Media Interest
News media coverage of President Burt-Nanna continued during the first week of her tenure. She responded to frequently asked questions about her short-term priorities and long-term goals for MCC, how the fall semester will look, and MCC's role in the local community. She also was interviewed for her reaction to the governor's announcement -- which coincidentally was held on her first day -- on requiring vaccinations for SUNY students for fall 2021.
In addition to Monday's coverage, WHEC-TV and WXXI News (AM 1370) spotlighted her on Tuesday and Wednesday.
