Virtual Campus September Support Hours

Please see the September support hours offered by the Virtual Campus (VC). This support takes place on Zoom for the month using our regular Zoom link below. You can also find this schedule in the Navbar of Brightspace in the "Tech Help" tab drop-down menu under "Virtual Campus" for easy access.

Week of 9/4 through 9/8: 

  • Monday: College Closed - Labor Day
  • Tuesday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Wednesday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Thursday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Friday: 10am to noon

Week of 9/11 through 9/15: 

  • Monday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Wednesday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Thursday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm
  • Friday: 10am to noon

Week of 9/18 through 9/22: 

  • Monday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm

During non-support times, you can also utilize the SUNY Online Help Desk which has extended hours on nights and weekends at 1-844-673-6786.
