A look back at the myMCC Portal. We've Come a Long Way in One Year!

It's hard to believe that it's already been a year since the launch of the new myMCC portal. We're thrilled to report that this innovative tool has not only lived up to expectations but has exceeded them, becoming a cornerstone for both students and employees at Monroe Community College.

myMCC is more than just a website; it's a centralized haven for all college-related resources. Whether you're a student seeking academic records, financial aid information, class schedules, or registration details, or an employee looking for benefits or essential tools, myMCC has got you covered. The best part? It's all accessible in one place and on both your computer and phone via the app!

In the past year, myMCC has been nothing short of a hit, with over 10 million total visits. These numbers tell a story of their own, highlighting the tiles that have been visited the most.

  1. Home Page: A whopping 4,351,531 visits, serving as the portal's main gateway to all its information and resources.
  2. Financial Plan: 167,453 visits, aiding students in managing their financial aid and budgets.
  3. Career Plan: 21,064 visits, guiding students on their career journey and resume development.
  4. Academic Plan: 70,529 visits, assisting students in developing their learning journey.
  5. Student Home: 212,938 visits, a true student hub connecting them to essential resources.
  6. Employee Home: 150,770 visits, offering employees a central command post.
  7. Outlook: 911,338 visits to our email system.
  8. Financial Aid: 105,777 visits, the go-to for financial aid information.
  9. Banner: 153,685 visits, to our student information system.
  10. Employee Tools: 89,767 visits, providing employees with valuable resources.
  11. Technology Help: 33,077 visits, tackling those tech challenges head-on.
  12. Portal Help: 11,538 visits, ensuring everyone can make the most of myMCC.

In the grand tally, myMCC averaged 12,718 unique users per month during its inaugural year, with a peak of 13,869 users in August 2023. Our pages have received a staggering 10,658,185 total hits, showcasing the portal's indispensable role in our college community.

As we reflect on this fantastic first year, we can't help but feel grateful for myMCC's positive impact on our students and employees. It's more than just a portal; it's a pathway to success in studies and careers. Here's to many more years of convenience, accessibility, and ease of use with myMCC!
