Search Update: Executive Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development

I'm pleased to announce that Mrs. Tammy Kieper has accepted the position of Executive Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development. Mrs. Kieper comes with a wealth of experience in human resource management and has experience working within a union environment.  Mrs. Kieper, although currently working in Maryland, has spent the bulk of her career working for companies in Western, New York, and is looking forward to relocating back to the area.  

Currently, Mrs. Kieper works as the Director for Human Resources at Coty Incorporated, which is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.  She holds BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from SUNY Oswego, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, with a concentration in Employee/Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cornell University. Her leadership experience in human resource management will help strengthen the role played by HR in terms of organizational and talent development efforts to meet the strategic and business objectives that align with the Vision2027 strategic plan. 

Mrs. Kieper's start date is August 10, 2023.  Please join me in welcoming her to the MCC team.
