Final Grades Reminder

Please enter your grades as soon as you can

Grades are due on August 15th at noon, but you can enter them as soon as you finish your grading.

Student Academic Standing will be calculated on 08/17/23. Missing grades negatively impact this calculation and will create significant student distress and manual work for your colleagues.

Missing grades impact students in many ways. They interfere with bookstore credits, financial aid, registration, advisement, transcripts, transfer to the next college, employer reimbursement, graduation certification, dean’s list as well as MCC’s income from state funding.

You do not have to delay submitting grades for the entire class while you wait for one student’s work to come in. You can grade students a few at a time.

We will be running reports and sending reminders prior to the deadline of August 15th.

Please enter your grades before the deadline!

If you need help with grade-related questions send an email to R&R (Registration@monroecc.edu). This mailbox is checked constantly throughout the grading period.
