Farewell Reception for Travis Sleight

Please join the Facilities Department in wishing Travis Sleight a fond farewell as he departs MCC for a new endeavor.  We will be gathering in the 21-101 conference room for Cake on Wednesday, July 12th from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

Travis has worked in the Facilities Department for over 8 years, serving most recently as Director of Facilities overseeing maintenance, engineering and grounds.  He also served as Interim AVP for 6 months during the pandemic. 

Notable projects completed by Travis during his tenure include site lighting upgrades throughout campus, the replacement of the brick façade on Buildings 11 and 12, and the renovation of the first floor of Building 7.  He also played an integral role in getting the first electric vehicle charging stations installed on campus.

Travis will be working for Monroe2 – Orleans BOCES as the Director of Operations and Maintenance. 

We thank you Travis for your service and wish you well on your next adventures.
