Voluntary Retirement Incentive Plan FAQ's

MCC is implementing a 2023-2024 Voluntary Retirement Incentive Plan (VRIP) for full-time faculty teaching positions as the next step to right-sizing fiscal operations and reducing structural operating deficits. As provided in a Trib article earlier this month, there is an eligibility criterion: it will not be a “first come, first served” approach to the application process, and there will be sufficient time for those eligible to assess whether they choose to participate.
