Assistant Chief Ferguson at the IACP for Womens Leadership Conference

Congratulations to Public Safety Assistant Chief Katie Ferguson, who was selected to attend the International Association of Chiefs of Police Women's Leadership Institute.  The conference was held in Saratoga, NY in October 2023.  

The Women’s Leadership Institute is a one-week in-person leadership training program for women leaders and those developing women leaders. The curriculum is focused on teaching participants evidence-informed leadership theories to help them inspire followers, lead groups, and achieve organizational goals—all in the context of better understanding the unique challenges women face in the workplace. 

Compliments to A/C Ferguson for her outstanding representation of MCC and also within the Law Enforcement community.
