MCC Libraries Announces Presentation Help Appointments

MCC Libraries is excited to announce a new service aimed at helping students become more confident public speakers. Diane Navarro, Senior Technical Assistant and a seasoned Toastmaster, is dedicated to helping students with the skills and confidence they need to excel in presentations.

How Diane Can Help Students with Public Speaking:

  • Provide personalized guidance on connecting with the audience effectively
  • Offer techniques to manage presentation anxiety and nerves
  • Assist in simplifying complex messages for maximum impact

How Students Can Schedule Presentation Help Appointments

Students can schedule an appointment with Diane via Zoom or in person by filling out the Presentation Help Appointment Request Form. The link to this form is also available on the Library tile on myMCC or through the library website.
