Walking may seem simple but don't overlook its power to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals

Every study that has ever been done always reports the same thing: Taking a healty break during the work day will improve your productivity, your mood, your health... Why don't you come walk with me? I am taking a twenty-minute walk. I am moving at a comfortable walking and talking pace. Today I am walking at 10:00 and 2:00. I will be starting in the atrium on the ground floor. The weather has been cooperating lately and I have been walking outdoors. If weather permits, I will be walking outdoors and breathing in some fresh air.
