Action for Happiness Week 3

October is here and the days are flush with brilliant colors, amazing pumpkins, delicious apples, and crisp air that is perfect for outdoor activities. Here are some suggested actions for creating more happiness to enjoy October’s seasonal treats:

Tips for Week 3: October 16 to October 22

  • 10/16: Put down your to-do list and do something fun or uplifting.
  • 10/17: Take small steps towards a positive change you want to see in society.
  • 10/18: Set hopeful but realistic goals for the days ahead.
  • 10/19: Identify one of your positive qualities that will be helpful in the future.
  • 10/20: Find joy in tackling a task you’ve put off for some time.
  • 10/21: Let go of the expectations of others and focus on what matters to you.
  • 10/22: Share a hopeful quote, picture or video with a friend or colleague.
