Are you interested in joining the MCC Wellness Council?

The MCC Wellness Council supports employees' efforts to live a healthy lifestyle by providing tools, resources, and programs to help you in every step of your wellness journey! There are many benefits to participating in wellness programs - increased energy and improved eating habits, for example - that can help you be more engaged and more productive at home and at work. Make physical activity, healthy eating, and work-life balance a priority, and support your colleagues and family members to do the same. The MCC Wellness Council is dedicated to your well-being. Together we can continue to improve the health of our entire MCC community.

Meetings:

  • Once a month either in person or by Zoom
  • Yearly planning session scheduled for Thursday, September 14

Requirements:

  • Participate and help plan one event each semester
  • Serve on the committee for a minimum of two years
