Financial Aid Freeze date

The Financial Aid Freeze for the Summer 2023 semester is after midnight on Monday, July 10, 2023.  Anticipated financial aid award offers are calculated based on FACE (Financial Aid Course Eligibility) enrolled hours eligible towards the student’s current degree program.

If you are advising students who anticipate receiving financial aid this Summer 2023 semester, please confirm the following:

  • They are officially registered and attending all of their classes.
  • Waitlisted courses do not count as registered courses for the term.

Major changes for the Summer 2023 term will not be processed past July 10th.  If you need a student’s major changed for summer past that date, please contact FACE.
