Encourage Your Students to Attend MCC Libraries' Workshop on Evaluating Online Sources

Join us as we kick off the second workshop in MCC Libraries’ Spring 2024 Research Essentials Workshop Series: “Evaluating Online Sources” In this workshop, students will discover how to critically evaluate websites, news, images, and videos you can use for their assignments, using modern evaluation methods tailored to today's information landscape.
Here are the workshop details:
Online Workshop:
- Date: Tuesday, March 19
- Time: 3:00 to 3:50 pm
Location: Join March 19th Zoom Session
In-Person Workshop:
- Date: Wednesday, March 20
Time: Noon to 12:50 pm
Location: LeRoy V. Good Library at the Brighton campus, Room 423

Additionally, several faculty members have asked if workshops will be recorded. While we won't be recording this semester, each workshop in the series will have a dedicated page on our workshop website containing instructional materials.
We also encourage students to make use of our research assistance services and invite faculty members to schedule workshops for their classes.
