Heart Health Month Tabling Events

February is recognized as American Heart Health Month. To highlight this important topic, the Counseling Center, Disability and Health Services will be hosting fun and informative tabling events at the Brighton and Downtown campuses. Health Services nurses will be available to perform blood pressure checks, educate students on the importance of heart health and ways to support optimal heart health. Additionally, there will be a nutrition educator from Cornell Cooperative Extension there to educate students on the importance of diet for heart health and provide free samples of a heart healthy snack, educational materials and recipe ideas. Please consider helping us spread the word!

Brighton Campus:

  • Today, February 12th from 11:30am to 1:00pm
  • Location: The Terrace

Downtown Campus:

  • Tuesday, February 27th from 11:30am to 1:00pm
  • Location: Second floor
