Strategic Enrollment Management Plan Update

The Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEM) focuses on three areas that encompass enrollment – new student enrollment, persistence/retention, and completion and post completion focus. The SEM plan uses the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set forth by the Board of Trustees and Executive Leadership and takes direction from the Strategic Plan, which includes goals and strategies informed by internal and external data.

Co-Charis AVP for Enrollment Management, Dean Medea Rambish and Dr. William Dixon presented the colleges SEM plan during the SUNY SEM Convening, in Denver on June 7-9, 2023.

We would like to thank the Steering Committee, along with the countless number of staff. Faculty and students who provide input through both the Strategic Planning Process and the SEM Planning process, that helped inform the plan and strategy development.
