Welcome Tables- Volunteers Needed

We are in need of volunteers for the Welcome Tables. As in previous years, there will be welcome tables set up at the following locations:

Brighton Campus:

  • Outside of Building 1
  • Outside of Building 3
  • Outside of Building 4
  • Outside of Building 5
  • Outside of Building 8
  • Inside Building 3, 2nd Floor Terrace

Downtown Campus:

  • 321 Café  

Applied Tech Center:

  • Main Entrance

Volunteers would answer questions and point students in the right direction. Volunteers are needed on Monday, August 28, and Tuesday, August 29. We are asking volunteers to sign up for as many shifts as possible during the following times (7:00am to 6:00pm). Campus maps and a list of frequently asked questions will be provided at each table.

This year we are also asking Student Leaders, Peer Navigators, RA’s, Student Athletes, Student Workers, and notable 2nd-year students to help work the welcome tables. All volunteers will receive a free welcome t-shirt to wear while working the welcome tables.
