The National Society of Leadership and Success at Monroe Community College

The Office of Student Life & Leadership Development is excited to offer a new Leadership Development Program to our students. Over the last week, selected students have been nominated to join NSLS, and received an invitation.

The NSLS is an active student leadership organization available for membership at the beginning of our fall and spring semesters. Denee J. Martin, Associate Director will serve as Chapter Advisor.

The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the nation, with more than 700 chapters and over 1.5 million members.

With a flexible online curriculum and optional face-to-face special events, the NSLS is perfect for all students, especially those who are balancing full course loads with families and full-time jobs. The NSLS aligns with our mission of teaching students skills that will last a lifetime. Throughout the program, students hone valuable, in-demand skill sets that hiring managers specifically look for, including leadership, relationship-building, goal-setting, and effective communication. If you have students who have received an invitation, please understand that the program is legitimate. Contact Denee Martin (dmartin@monroecc.edu) if you have specific questions.
