What's in Your MCC Benefit Package?

Today all full-time employees will receive via automated College email their 2023 Benefit Summary. The document lists your 2023 calendar-year benefits as well as your compensation providing a total compensation statement.  This is a great opportunity to review your benefit elections to ensure that you are making decisions that are appropriate for your current needs.
