Last Chance to Register for the Healthy Brunch Cooking Class!
Join Chef Angela Douglas of the MCC Hospitality Management Department in this hands-on cooking class, which explores ways to control blood cholesterol levels. Come join us on Wednesday, March 27, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Hospitality Department kitchen in Building 3, room 140. This event is free to all College, Association, and Foundation employees, thanks to the Wellness Council.
The Brunch menu includes: Black Bean and Egg Breakfast Burritos; Four Grain Waffles with Maple and Apple Butter Syrup; and a Top Your Own Steel Cut Oats Bar.
Seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to sign up now! Email Andrea Wolff (awolff@monroecc.edu) to register for the class.
For your safety in the kitchen, please wear covered-toed shoes with non-slip bottoms. Tennis shoes/sneakers are great!
