Meditation Practice
Curious about meditation but never tried it? Looking to deepen your
existing meditation practice and support others?
Come learn more about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness
practices:
Mondays at 12:00 pm in the Brighton Campus, Building 10 , Room 100.
Fridays at 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm in the Brighton Campus, Building 9, Room
152.
An example of our format:
12:00-12:10 Arriving and Settling In (if you are running late, please
feel free to join us at any point. We just ask that you enter mindfully and
quietly).
12:10-12:30 Guided meditation
12:30 Interval Bell (Some folks leave at this point, others
stay if they wish)
12:30-12:45 Quiet Meditation
12:45 Closing Bells
Basic meditation instruction will be given, with the opportunity to sit and
practice in a quiet and welcoming environment. Beginners welcome! Free to
students, faculty and staff.
