Promoting A Culture of Respect

I have recently received bias incident reports related to anti-Semitic, racist, and sexist language in communications by students and employees. These incidents do not reflect MCC's values nor the expectations we should have of each other. The College takes reports of bias seriously, and I have moved quickly to reach out to the individuals who have submitted reports to gather further details so that we can respond appropriately.

We have a shared responsibility for creating a positive learning and working environment. If you experience or witness an incident of bias, please report it.
