Don't Miss Class- Alternate RTS Routes are Available for $1.00 a Ride

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there is a (very popular) teaching block from 11:00AM - 12:20PM at the Downtown Campus. When class ends at 12:20, however, students are unable to make the 12:20 bus 5 to the transit center and have to wait for the 1:20pm bus- some students cannot wait.

If you are interested in finding additional travel times to reduce your wait time, please consider the State St. Bus stop as an alternate public transportation option.

The RTS bus stop on State Street (called State and Platt) has additional route options from the Downtown Campus to the Transit Center that may fit better with your preferred schedule. Routes 163, 150, 13, 10, 5 (free with MCC ID), 3, and 1 can be boarded at the State and Platt stop traveling to the Transit Center.

Reminder only 5, 55, 155 and 23 after 5pm are free with MCC ID, but there are other route and stop options available that may provide you with a preferred travel schedule between campuses.
