NARCAN Training Session Sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa invites you to attend a NARCAN training, Wednesday, November 6th in the Flynn Campus Center Forum (3-130) from 12:00 noon to 12:50 pm.

NARCAN Nasal Spray is the first and only FDA-approved nasal form of naloxone for the emergency treatment of a known or suspected opioid overdose. At this program you will be able to be trained and certified to help someone when there is an emergency.

It is an amazing opportunity to be able to serve the community as well as anybody that might need your help. All attendees will walk away with a certification and a NARCAN kit. The trainers, Olinda Ford and Erin Egloff will be leading the session. Ms. Ford will conduct a formal training and provide each person with a NARCAN kit at the end of the event. Ms. Egloff will attend and provide local Substance Use Disorder handouts and directories.
