Ad Astra Scheduling Tool has officially moved to the Cloud

The Ad Astra scheduling tool used by the college to reserve space on campus has officially moved to the Cloud. With the move to the Cloud it also upgraded the system to version 8.6. The new link is You will notice a new look and feel to the site. Please note we are here to assist and answer any questions as you navigate through the system.

To help assist our users we are creating an easy user friendly manual for you to navigate the system. While we complete the manual all you need to do to request a room is click on the Calendar tab on the top left hand corner of the screen and select Scheduling Grid. You can view all rooms on the grid and request a room by clicking Request Event at the upper right hand corner of the grid. Select your form, fill out the form completely and submit.

The team is very excited with the improved functionalities and features that have been incorporated into the new version. Please be patient with us as we all transition to the new version.

Trainings will be scheduled at the Brighton and Downtown Campuses. We will share those dates with you as soon as they are available.
