Weekly Wellness Wednesdays Kick Off Today

Take a break, unwind, and prioritize your well-being with our Weekly Wellness Events! Whether you're looking to de-stress, connect with others, or just enjoy some self-care, we’ve got something for everyone:

  • Wellness Activities: engage in mindfulness activities, stress-relief exercises and creative fun
  • Therapy Dogs: Cuddle up with our furry friends for a dose of comfort and joy (Brighton Campus only)
  • Wellness Resources: Explore educational materials and grab free resources to keep you informed and balanced.
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up some treats to help you relax and unwind.
