Below are the remaining dates for the Banner Finance faculty/staff training schedule for operating accounts through mid-August.
Please note that: 1) the August 4, 2004 session at DCC is at full capacity, 2) the PSTF staff has notified us that they will attend trainings at Brighton or at DCC, and 3) Materials for the Banner Finance Self-Service trainings will be distributed at the training sessions, and they also are available via the web at: https://web.monroecc.edu/MCCBanner/Selfservice. Click on this link and log-in with your MCC name and password to access the documents.
The initial training will be conducted in two hour blocks. Each individual should plan to attend one of the two-hour training sessions. This training is designed for budget unit heads (Chairs, Directors, Deans, etc.) and other staff members in the various budget units who prepare purchase requisitions, approve purchase requisitions, and who use the financial records system for budget inquiries. Please note that the initial training will be structured for operating fund budget units. Training for grant directors will occur at a later date.
To register, please email Ms. Jodee Biller (email@example.com) with your first, second and third choice of training dates/times that you would like to attend. Due to space limitations, each session will be on a first come-first served basis.
