In light of the recent phishing attempt on the MCC email system, ETS has created an email address for users to submit spam or phishing attempts that were delivered to you. If you find an email that you think is spam or phishing, please forward those messages to: <"mailto:email@example.com">.
Users can also submit email that was stopped by the spam filter. Simply log into the spam filter at https://spam.monroecc.edu using your MCC login information. In the Junk Box, click on the message that was falsely quarantined and click on the Unjunk Message button in the upper right corner of the pop up box that shows the message. That email will be delivered to your account. Users can then forward that message to: <"mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org"> to better improve the spam filter for MCC.
When forwarding any message to either address, users will not receive any confirmation. If there are any questions about how to send your submission, please contact the Help Desk at TECH (x8324), option 1.
