For many years, MCC students have been able to change or reset their own passwords. In response to user requests and interest to promote self-service, ETS will be implementing this service for employees. No longer will you have to call Technology Support to reset your PC login password (MCC Network Account). Before we can implement this service, we need you to add two personal security questions.
ETS will be activating this two question security requirement on February 8. We recommend you use this simplified process before February 8 to avoid delays when you try to access Banner. On or after February 8, when you first access Banner, you will be forced to stop and use the more cumbersome Banner forms to set up two security questions instead of this simplified process we are offering you now.
Before February 8, please add your two security questions by going to this web page and following instructions: https://account.monroecc.edu/SetQuestions/Employee
An announcement with directions on how to reset your password will be published prior to implementation of the new service sometime after February 8.
