Return to Campus Orientation (Blackboard course) - resource available to all employees

Based on feedback gathered from the online survey administered by the Employee Experience Group earlier this summer, the College created a course in Blackboard called Return to Campus Orientation for employees returning to in-person work on campus. The course is open to all employees. Those who are returning to work on campus are encouraged to review the orientation prior to resuming in person work. Those who are continuing to work remotely at this time may also find the content useful and are welcome to access the orientation at any time.

The Return to Campus Orientation course covers:

  • Health and safety measures the College is taking
  • Health and safety measures individual employees are expected to take when returning to in person work on campus
  • Available accommodations, leave options, and resources available

Content is based upon CDC, New York State, Monroe County Department of Health, and SUNY requirements and resources. Instructions to access the orientation are attached. If you have questions or experience technical issues, please contact Kristin Lowe klowe5@monroecc.edu. You may also contact Kristin Lowe to request a Word version of the attached instructions.

Note: The Return to Campus Orientation is open to all employees. The College has created a separate Blackboard course called Supervising During a Pandemic, which is required for supervisors. A separate article in today's Trib highlights the Supervising in a Pandemic course.
