The AnyConnect application associated with MyVPN is being upgraded for Windows users. The process for upgrading will occur automatically the next time an attempt to use the AnyConnect client. This process will add about 3 to 5 minutes to your remote connection time during the install process. All documentation is being updated to reflect the upgrade but the changes apparent to the user are cosmetic and the resulting version will be 3.1.01065. There will be dialog guiding you through the process which does not require any user input. Please report any problems that may arise via the help desk at 292-TECH(8324).
