Technical Support Tips: How to change your default printer

Windows 10

  1. Right click the Start Button in the lower left corner of the screen.
  2. Click "Search."
  3. In the search bar, type "Devices and Printers" and hit enter.
  4. Right-click the desired printer and select "Set as default printer."

Windows 7
