CSEA Contract Ratification and Timing of Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA):

We are pleased to update that the CSEA new contract has been ratified by their members and approved by the Board of Trustees on November 6, 2024. 

The new CSEA contract covers the next four years (September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2028) with a 3% cost of living increase for each contract year.  For this year, a retro-payment will be provided to eligible employees, retro-back to September 1, 2024.  The new wages will become effective on the November 21, 2024 pay date.  Additionally, retroactive pay from September 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024 will be included with the December 19, 2024 payroll.    Any further payment adjustments due to individual employee job changes and overtime will be processed on / by  February 13, 2025.
