Technical Support Tips: Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password, don't panic, you can reset it yourself. Go to myMCC.monroecc.edu and look for the box where you would enter your password. Click on the words "Forgot your password?" below the box. Then just follow the prompts to reset your password.

Remember:

  • If you have email on your phone/tablet you must also change the password stored in your phone/tablet.
  • If you Use Image Now & Web focus, use your new network password when logging into these systems.
  • After changing your password, when you log into myMCC and you may see a page that states "The password had been changed outside the Luminis platform." All you have to do is click on the "Start Recovery Session" button and you will be logged in. This page will not appear again.
  • If you run into trouble you can still call the Tech line at 292-TECH (8324), option 3, for help.
