MCC Wellness Council September Events Calendar

New academic year, brings a new and improved Wellness Calendar.

Not only will you find wellness events sponsored by the Council and beyond, but we have also filled the calendar with something new each workday!

Monday Motivation will provide you some positive inspiration to jump start your week.

Tasty Tuesday provides a new and healthy recipe. Just click on the name and it will take you to the recipe.

Wellness Wednesday will provide you with a different wellness tip each week.

Thursday Trivia contains useful and interesting wellness facts.

Feel Good Friday will give you suggestions on things you can do during the weekend as well as self care tips!

September also brings back the popular PiYo, to the Brighton Campus on Monday evenings and Work It Weekdays returns to the Downtown Campus during the Tuesday lunch hours.

Insanity Fitness Group is a new and high energy class that runs every Tuesday and Thursday at the Downtown Campus and Meditation Sessions will continue at the Brighton Campus every Friday.

As you pack your and your family's lunches this month, keep in mind that it's "Fruits & Veggies--More Matters Month" and is also National Yoga Awareness Month!
