YNN interviewed Paul Bishop, MCC’s EMS education manager, for a report on the Tactical Combat Casualty Care course offered to Monroe County law officers and police recruits. The report aired Tuesday, Feb. 15.
Paul, who teaches the course at the Public Safety Training Facility, helped develop it to meet law enforcement needs when people have been seriously injured and need immediate care but the crime scene is too unstable for traditional EMS responders to assist yet.
