You may have heard on the news that Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield has been the victim of a cyberattack. Excellus provides health insurance benefits to our employees and, as such, employee information may have been accessed as part of that attack. Excellus will be contacting affected individuals by mail regarding the breach of the data and will be providing information about services to assist affected individuals in protecting their information, including free credit monitoring and identity theft protection.
