Still time to register: Emotional Well-being 2.0 Brown Bag hosted by MCC Wellness Council

During professional development week in June, the Wellness Council presented on Emotional Well-being. For those who missed out or for those who would like to attend again, the Wellness Council will host a brown bag on Wednesday, September 25 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at the Downtown Campus, Room 352.

"With people feeling more and more stressed as they grapple with competing priorities, demanding schedules and worrying about money, stress is more the rule than the exception. With all of these things going on, it can be easy for your health to be impacted. It's important to manage your stress levels in a healthy way! (American Psychological Association, Stress in America Survey)."

Kristen Lowe (Director, Human Resources)

Aubrey Zamiara (Director, Counseling and Disability Services)

Tony Perez (Chief, Public Safety)
